PC Supacentre is an Australian based company which complies with Australian consumer law. This means that shopping with PC Supacentre is a safe experience. You can rest easy knowing that you won’t get ripped off, you’ll get your products and we will sort out any problems you may have. By using our services and purchasing our products you have accepted our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Our Terms and Conditions do not change your consumer rights or your statutory rights.

Pricing

All prices listed on PCSupacentre.com.au are correct at the time of entering. We reserve the right to change pricing without notice as our pricing is subject to the same conditions from our suppliers. Your credit card or debit card will be charged at the point of purchase unless your items are part of a pre-ordered item, in that case, we will charge your credit card or debit card when the items are back in stock and ready to be dispatched.

If a genuine error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price advertised and published on PCSupacentre.com.au is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and shall refund any amount already paid to us.

Items are the property of PC Supacenter unless paid for in full by the customer including delivery costs where applicable.

Dispatch

Typical dispatch time for an order is next business day. We endeavour to do better however due to the volume of orders this is sometimes not possible.

We do not offer pickup or collection of goods.

The attached form must be completed in order to process a return or exchange or refund.

  1. Item must be returned in the original manufacturer’s branded packaging.
  2. Place your completed returns form with the item and parcel them both up together.

We want to make it simple for you if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and the item is unopened, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Our returns team will do their best to fulfil your returns request (subject to stock availability). If you want a completely different item please continue with your returns form for a full refund and reorder online.

Customer satisfaction is important to us if you are not satisfied with an item and it is unused and unopened in original packaging you can return it to us within three months of purchase for a full refund.

If you’re returning a server or similar bulky item please contact us and we’ll make it easy for you to return it to us.

If your purchase has developed a fault please read our information on making a warranty claim.

If your order is interstate(leaving NSW), then yes tracking details can be provided with your shipping confirmation. This is not an automatic process at the moment but we are moving forward with integration to our shipping provider.

Sorry no. In order to offer our clients the lowest possible freight costs we have created an exclusive relationship with our freight company to ensure on time, fast, and reliable delivery of goods. We also want to reduce the amount of work involved in processing items through our warehouses.

Proceed to the next page and enter your delivery address and the shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the size and weight of your items.
